Thursday, August 17th - 3:15PM Bodyweight Leg Workout

Saturday, August 19th - 8AM Total Body Weight Training

Saturday, August 19th - 9AM Yoga

Sunday, August 20th - 8AM Cycling

Sunday, August 20th - 9AM Yoga

Tuesday, August 22nd - 3:15PM Cycling

Thursday, August 24th - 3:15PM Circuit Workout

Saturday, August 26th - 8AM Total Body Strength

Saturday, August 26th - 9AM Yoga

Sunday, August 27th - 8AM Cycling

Sunday, August 27th - 9AM Yoga

Tuesday, August 29th - 3:15PM Cycling

Thursday, August 31st - 3:15PM Full Body Burn Tabata


All classes are taught through Burnalong, and class times are in the Central Time Zone.
