I am excited to announce that I have added some strength training classes during the last full week of July. Here is the schedule:
Tuesday (7/25) 9:30 AM Chest and back
Wednesday (7/26) 9:30 AM Biceps and triceps
Thursday (7/27) 9:30 AM Shoulders
Friday (7/28) 9:30 AM Legs
All you need is dumbbells for these classes. I have designed them in a way that you can come to week after week for however long you want to. Classes will be recorded through Zoom and will be uploaded to the website.
