I am taking this time to let you know about my class schedule for February 2024. I will be teaching live on Burnalong. All times are in the Central Time Zone.

• January 31, 2024 at 3:15PM: 15 Minute AMRAP

• February 7, 2024 at 3:15PM: Tabata Indoor Cycling Class

• February 14, 2024 at 3:15PM: Total Body Circuit

• February 21, 2024 at 3:15PM: Indoor Cycling Class

• February 28, 2024 at 3:15PM: Indoor Cycling Class

If you are interested in a month to month membership, use CAF23m to receive the monthly price of $9 (regularly $14.99). If you are interested in purchasing the yearly membership, use CAF23a to receive the yearly price of $61 (regularly $120).
