August BODi Super Block: Morning Meltdown

I wanted to take a moment to share what fitness program I am personally doing. When I finish with Chop Wood, Carry Water (which is a new program with BODi) I will be starting Morning Meltdown. This is the Super Block for August. I will be starting on August 14th. I have done the full program before, so I'm super excited to start this Super Block! You can check out the block here.

What Is a Super Block?


A fan-favorite program remade into a fresh BODi Block by your Super Trainers—that’s a Super Block. Get pumped with all-new workouts set to hit music, and keep making progress throughout the month. With 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks followed by an UP Week, the block format gives you the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training variation. It’s a healthy routine that works for real life! Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.


What Are the Morning Meltdown Workouts Like?


Wake up and meltdown to heart-pumping cardio and total-body metabolic conditioning 5 days a week, for less than 30 minutes a day. Get ready to spring out of bed and get a stronger start to a good morning with 3 weeks of workouts that will inspire a consistent routine. You’ll incorporate core training, HIIT-based cardio, mixed martial art moves, and mental motivation to not only help torch those calories, but get you fired up for your day. At the end of 3 weeks, Jericho guides you through your UP Week (short for Unconditional Progress). First, with Total Body Badass (a HIIT-based cardio workout designed for metabolic conditioning) and then Freestyle Flow (yoga-style exercises to stretch your muscles and your mind while helping optimize recovery).
